4. The Circular Economy & Data Retention
In alignment with our Circular Energy Program, we retain project-specific technical data for the duration of your system’s 25-year lifecycle. This ensures seamless performance tracking, warranty management, and the eventual execution of our Buyback and Recycling guarantees. Personal identity data may be updated or removed upon formal request, subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.
